ABOUT THE FILM
It all started with a couple of guys who never stopped looking for new surf spots. They soon grew into a team of like-minded individuals. SURFSIBERIA team began documenting their adventures in 2014 – about surf culture and the people who live it. After five successful episodes, we embarked on making a full-length feature film – “Priboi”. A film about conquering waves, riding with the best local surfers, and searching out the most inaccessible spots. Directed by Konstantin Kokorev, – this film tells the story of how surf culture was born and developed in Russia – with never-before high-quality filming and editing.
GEOGRAPHY
In two years this film crew traveled across from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka and down from the Arctic Ocean to the Caspian Sea; by cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, ships, trains, planes, helicopters, and timber sleds.

The “Priboi” film traveled the planet and collected so many awards that it became the most titled surf film in history.
